Today our latest machine tool, a CNC Vertical Machining Centre arrived in the shop. This involved a major move around and restructuring within the factory to bring two CNC chucking lathes from one unit through to another and pairing them together with two machining centres into two process cells. Our aim is to reduce the movement of billets and parts through the factory and overlap machining advantages thereby saving both on cycle times, handling times and process space and maintaining our reputation for competitive pricing and lead times.
